Details
The WC-1 is a solution for places installers don’t want to run Cat5, use a separate remote, or where it doesn’t make sense to add an Advanced AC Network Controller (such as the AC-1). Communicating over a network using Wi-Fi or a wired LAN connection, the WC-1 receives commands from the System Controller and relays them, via IR, to other devices in the system.
It features four IR flasher outputs and a powerful front IR blaster. One classic application is controlling the TV in the kitchen where there is no room for a larger box or can't run a cable for the emitter. Or use it to control ceiling-mount projectors, or flat panel TVs over the fireplace. Plus, its small size allows it to fit into places where a traditional base station would not.
